A $100 monthly utility fee will be charged for internet and trash collection. Resident is responsible for all other utilities.

A $900 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $1,000 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the unit. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per.

2 reserved, off-street parking spaces are included in the rent.
