Maintenance Request Form

For Non-Urgent Maintenance Requests

Neighborhood Properties has a full-service maintenance staff and our goal is to respond to and repair all maintenance requests within a 24-hour period.  We pride ourselves in maintaining our properties to a very high standard, and encourage our residents to let us know if there is any issue with your residence that needs to be addressed.  We will handle all maintenance and repairs that are needed as a result of normal wear and tear. However, if we respond to a maintenance request which results in our repairing something which was damaged by the resident's actions or neglect, the resident will be charged for cost of the repair based on a time-and-material basis.

Please note that it is the responsibility of our residents to take care of the following themselves, at their own expense:

  • Unclogging toilets and drains
  • Replacing light bulbs
  • Replacing smoke detector batteries
  • Flipping circuit breakers or replacing fuses
  • Resetting or un-jamming garbage disposal
  • Replacing any broken glass
  • Repairing kicked-in doors
